Soon, they began to lay down roots. The first was in Camporrobles, the stronghold of Bobal, in the highest part of Utiel-Requena. Others followed: La Roda in 2011, Jumilla in 2012 (home of Monastrell), Calderón in 2015 (where their cavas are born), and Calatayud in 2020, land of Garnacha. At every stop, they committed fully, acquiring their own vineyards and establishing local wineries to deepen their connection to each territory.
Today, as Raíces Ibéricas, they proudly claim strong and purposeful roots: giving voice to forgotten terroirs, elevating indigenous varieties, and supporting rural communities. Their farming approach is ecological, regenerative, and sustainable. As members of Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection, they go far beyond certifications—it’s about passing something on, protecting biodiversity, and offering a future to the next generation of farmers. Each wine is a celebration of land, life, and human connection — and each harvest, a shared celebration.
