Terroir

Clay-limestone soil of the region Beaujolais Pays des Pierres Dorées. Average age of the vines: 30 years, density 8,000 vines/ha. Plant protection with natural products with a base of minerals and plants.

Vinification et vieillissement

Manual harvest. Winemaking: fermentation at low temperature, stirring. Aging in stainless steel wine. The bottling is done in the spring.

Caractéristiques

The color is yellow, bright and clear. Aromas of fresh apple, lemon, pineapple and melon. Unctuous mouth, with tasty mineral nuances and a nice salinity.

Accords mets et vins

Drink as an aperitif, with river fish and cheeses.
