Terroir Born along the edge of our Casablanca vineyard’s native forest, 30 kilometers east of the Pacific Ocean.

Vinification and maturation Grapes are harvested at night. 15 % undergoes whole cluster maceration and fermentation, achieving greater structure. The fruit is fermented in small open top tanks with native yeasts, preserving the natural aromas and flavors of the vineyards. 8 months of ageing in natural oak.

Features The grapes were harvested in optimum condition, with the maximum fruit expression of the Casablanca Valley, delivering fresh, intense and long wines. Cool morning fog, along with the soil’s particular characteristics, are the start of an elegant, smooth wine with raspberry and cherry notes.
