Produced in the region of Valpolicella, north of Verona. Since 2018, the wine is produced in 10 hectares of vines in the region of Valpantena (East of Valpolicella) have produced this Valpolicella.
Vinification and maturation
7 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 4 months maturation in stainless steel tanks, 2 months ageing in Slavonian Oak casks of 35 Hl
Ruby red color. On the nose, this wine has cherry aromas, anise and smoke. In the mouth, it's dry, harmonious and velvety.
