Vinification and maturation
Double selection, destemming, pumping up and punching down three times a day. Maximum temperature of 29 °C for 25 to 40 days of extended maceration. Aging in new French oak barrels at 40%.
Fresh wine with intense aromas of ripe red fruit, roasted coffee beans and white pepper. On the palate, its smoothness is interspersed with elegant tannins, hazelnuts and a long finish.
Red meats, seasoned pork, hard cheeses.
