Graticcio is the local name of the traditional bamboo racks where the grapes were laid down and dried before vinification.
Vinification and maturation
The wine is partially aged in oak casks.
Intense, deep ruby red color. The fragrance is very fruity and rich with cherry notes. The taste is medium body but very intense, spicy with smooth and full of flavors.
White and res meats, game, fresh and aged cheeses.
