The Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in brand new French oak barriques while the Cabernet Franc and Merlot we aged in old French oak. Like the wines of the Right Bank of Bordeaux, the Cabernet Franc drives the aroma and flavour profile, while the Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure and backbone.The Merlot finishes off the blend by adding some flesh and juiciness to the front palate.
