The grapes were hand harvested on September 6th and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a cold 59˚F to preserve the intense aromatics.
Soft yellow with green reflections. Subtle stone-fruit and mineral hints. Pleasant yellow peach, jasmine and wet stone notes greet the front palate. Crisp acidity with a bright, lively finish.
