Vinification and maturation
Expertly blended with the highest grade of pure maple syrup and real Canadian Whisky distilled to the highest standards using only 100 % rye grain. The Canadian Rye is aged for a minimum of 3 years in white oak barrels to deliver an exceptionally smooth finish.
Sortilège is a unique blend of Canadian Whisky and maple syrup, created from the richness and authenticity of the Quebec countryside. This liqueur strikes the perfect balance between the heady strength of Canadian Whisky and the distinctive flavour of maple syrup, resulting in a remarkably fine liqueur.
Serve chilled or over ice.
