Vinification and maturation
Vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperature on skins over 15-20 days. Aged 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Intense red with garnet highlights. Full-bodied and intense, with lingering sweet violets and elegant hints of oak and roasted coffee beans. Dry and full-bodied with appealing tannins.
Red meat dishes or aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses.
