Terroir Since its creation in 1967, Vinadeis has always associated wine-making innovations with the traditions and know-how acquired over the years. Launched in this pioneering spirit, Réserve Saint-Martin is a range of fruity wines, easy to drink. Pays d'Oc extends over four departments in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. It covers 200 km of coast and a mosaic of soils with various geological shades: limestone, clay and sand. An excellent rate of sunshine throughout the year, mild winters and hot and dry summers are typical of Mediterranean climate.
