La Quinta do Valdoeiro is located on a calcareous clay soil covering 130 ha.
Direct pressing of the whole grapes is performed. Follows a partial fermentation in French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Light golden robe. Complex aromas of exotic fruits and vanilla. Fresh and fruity wine in the mouth, with an appreciable persistent finish.
Ideal with appetizers or grilled fish, seafood, almond tempura calamari, Cedar Fleur de sel, Paëlla rice mousse.
