Vinification

100% destemmed grapes fermented for 10 days in autovinificators and stainless steel vats with temperature control. Skin maceration for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation. Stabilisation.

Features

Dark violet shade, elegant with good complexity, notes of chocolate, spices, matured red fruit with good intensity, hints of smoke well intermingled with light floral notes which give harmony, elegant showing a correct balance. Good volume well structured and round tannins. Persistent and pleasant finish with toasty notes giving a very pleasant sensation.
