Grape selection, Light Pressing, 100% destemming, Short pre-fermenting maceration, 15 days fermenting in stainless steal vats, Skin maceration for 20 days, Malolactic Fermentation, Stabilization.
Dark ruby. Good complexity and great depth, notes of intense spices and well-ripened red fruits, with lightly smoky hints that confer harmony and great personality.Very good structure, full-bodied, intense yet well-ripened tannins, good balance and correct acidity. Long and pleasant finish, in perfect harmony. Shows the potential of a great wine, although still rather young, with great potential for ageing.
Stew or roasted game and lamb meat dishes.
