Clay limestone with pebbles weathered by the Rhone during the quaternary period.

Vinification

Traditional wine maturation in tanks. Direct pressing. Cold static clarification. Low-temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Features

Clear and bright with rose petal highlights. The nose is intense and raise fruit and citrus, with a hint of raspberry and small red berries. Greedy on the palate and fresh in the mouth overall.

Salads, stuffed and grilled vegetables, paella.
