Manual harvesting. Cold maceration during 4 hours at 10 °C. Alcoholic fermentation at 16 °C. No malolactic fermentation. Movement of lees, clarification before filtering.
A rosé where the red fruits aromas overwhelm the nose. A very easy drinking wine that results very fresh on the mouth.
Ideal to enjoy in everyday occasions or to pair it with salads and light dishes.
