Tommasi Palanca is made from grapes selected from the Veneto region, with a clay loam soil, from volcanic origin.
Vinification and maturation
A maceration in contact with the skins is carried out for 10 days. An aging of nine months occurs in oak barrels of Slavonia.
Floral and spicy with earthy fruit, tar, dried dark fruit and sweet red fruit, this wine shows excellent balance, which makes for a wonderfully easy-drinking red. Fresh and lovely.
Ideal with game or fresh and refined cheeses.
