Vinification and maturation
Hand harvested. Wine aged in French and American oak barrels of second and third use, Malolactic fermentation of 50 % of the wine.
Light lemon-colored wine with aromas of ripe apple, pear and tropical fruit, with hints of spice. Round on the palate with balanced acidity, the finish is of medium length.
Ideal to serve with white meats, fresh cheese, pasta with white sauce and asparagus.
