Hand harvested. Wine aged in French and American oak barrels of second and third use, Malolactic fermentation of 50 % of the wine. -

Light lemon-colored wine with aromas of ripe apple, pear and tropical fruit, with hints of spice. Round on the palate with balanced acidity, the finish is of medium length.
