Vinification and maturation
Semi-carbonic maceration: Vinification in whole bunches. Maturing in stainless steel vats.
Dense red colour. Kirsch and spice nose. Fleshy on the palate and aromas of ripe stone fruit including cherry and peach notes. Lots of substance, present and balanced tannins.
Serve with game terrine, lamb chops, veal kidneys with port, or pears in red wine.
Cellaring potential: 2 to 4 years
