Vinification and maturation
The grapes are dried for 5 months prior to pressing, and then 3 years in Slavonian Oak barrels of 35 hectoliers.
Intense ruby red appearance. Warm, ripe on the nose, intense and of great refinement. Complex at the palate, smooth, full bodied, characteristic with clear shades of dried grapes.
Red meat, game, mature cheeses. Excellent after-dinner wine.
