Vinification and maturation
In temperature controlled, vertical steel vinification tanks for 12/14 days.
6 months in 30 hl Allier barrels.
3 months in bottles.
The Sangiovese grapes provide their charisma as well as an intense scent of purple plums, the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested late, give it softness and class, while the Merlot grapes add sweet and grassy notes. Soft to the palate, it ends with a well-blended flavour.
Cellar potential: 2-5 years
Wine suitable for the whole meal, paired with local first courses, cold meats, and both red and white meat.

My Own Masterpiece: The Umberto Cesari Art Contest began with the desire of Umberto Cesari to promote emerging artists and new talents by offering them the opportunity to propose a new design for the bottle labels on the MOMA line of wines, a line dedicated to the world of art. The new label is designed by artist Beatrice Pani. The idea of representing a golden glass was born from the desire to underline the refinement of the product, in a contemporary, and minimalist style.
