Vinification and maturation
In temperature controlled, vertical steel vinification tanks for 12/14 days. 6 months in 30 hl. Allier barrels, 3 months in bottles. Its evolution can be appreciated in the next 2-5 years.
Intense ruby red. Intense bouquet of berry fruits, especially raspberries. Soft and velvety.
A perfect wine for the whole meal, with pasta with ragout souce as well as red and white meats.
