Vinification and maturation
From a yield of 10 tons per hectare and a clayey and gravelly soil, the grapes are pressed gently but rapidly with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Pale yellow. A very fruity wine with aromas of pears and apples. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity and an elegant finish. Drink it young and fresh.
Perfect for fish starters and first courses, with sufficient body and character to make it pleasant to drink on its own.
