Vinification

Fermentation: 100% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal aromas.Ageing: After fermentation, the wine was aged over its lees for six months, and battonage was used to gently move it so as to maximize the contribution made by the wine coming into contact with the fine sediment.

Color: Brilliant pale yellow.Aroma: On the nose, this wine is elegant and expressive, notable for its tropical fruit aromas, such as papaya and pineapple, which blend harmoniously with gentle notes of citrus.Taste: A well-rounded wine with good volume, delicious acidity and a gentle finish in which the fruit aromas predominate.
