The wine comes from a vineyard with a uniform soil, perfect for ripening. Made from high proportion of sand, limestone and marine sedimentation.
Vinification and maturation
Fermentation in steel tanks. 10 days of maceration with the skins, with a soft “shower” system of wetting the cap at a temperature between 32°C and 27°C. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Minimum of 16 months refinement.
Ruby red with hues of violet. Elegant and intense nose, with notes of fresh mature red fruit, such as cherry and currant.
Harmonious taste with good structure and roundness, with a savory finish.
The ideal accompaniment to pasta dishes with tomato sauces, pizza and white meats.
