Le cidre original New at the SAQ
Inspired by the production of ice-wines and the unique climate of Quebec, ice cider is the exclusive product from the Quebec terroir. Extremely cold winter temperatures are required to obtain the concentration of sugars that are essential to the production of ice-cider.
Vinification and maturation
It is made exclusively from Quebec McIntosh apples. The fruit is all hand-picked. From freshly squeezed juice, it is then prepared and packaged on site. As a vegan production, it is naturally gluten-free.
A ready-to-drink cider, lively and light in the mouth.
Content 18 g/L of residual sugar.
