Le cidre raspberry New at the SAQ
Inspired by the production of ice-wines and the unique climate of Quebec, ice cider is the exclusive product from the Quebec terroir. Extremely cold winter temperatures are required to obtain the concentration of sugars that are essential to the production of ice-cider.
Vinification and maturation
Flavoured with raspberry, this cider is made from hand-picked Quebec McIntosh apples. Made from freshly squeezed juice, Le Cidre is then fermented and packaged on site. As a vegan production, it is naturally gluten-free.
A ready-to-drink cider, lively and light in the mouth.
Content 21 g/L of residual sugar.
