Terroir Pedernal Valley: 1350 m a.s.l. Drip irrigated with water arising from the Andes ‘melting glaciers. Vertical trellis. Coarse soil with very low water holding capacity. Mild climate, and a 20°C temperature range.

Vinification and maturation Manual harvesting and bulk transportation. Destemming. Fermentation with selected yeasts. Over pump and maceration for over 25 days. Pneumatic pressing. Natural malolatic fermentation. Auto-clarifying racking. Ageing of the wine in French and American oak for 12 months. Blending and filtration before bottling.
