Planted on alluvial soils, the vineyards are located in the provinces of San Juan and Mendoza.
Vinification and maturation
The harvest is manual. The grapes are directly pressed after destemming. The fermentation is done at a temperature of 15 °C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then clarified, filtered and bottled.
This wine has a yellow-green color and offers aromas of fresh white fruit, such as peach. In the mouth, it surprises with a nice acidity.
Ideal to accompany white meat, pasta or to enjoy as an aperitif.
