Vinification and maturation
Based on the original recipe from the 19th century and the original label, La Copa is the return of a brand first registered by González Byass in 1884. A traditional red sherry vermouth, La Copa is produced from Oloroso and PX soleras over 8 years and a meticulous selection of botanicals, to achieve a bittersweet, aromatic balance.
The blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez in soleras delivers a coating mouth with just-right bitterness reminiscent of cola, raisins, cinnamon and clove.
Over ice or in classic cocktails like the Negroni.
