Vinification and maturation
Fermentation lasts approximately 10-15 days, at controlled temperature in stainless steel fermenters. Its evolution can be appreciated in the next 2 years.
Deep red with purple highlights. Captivating aromas of red berry fruit and subtle spice. A beautifully balanced wine, fresh and lingering on the palate.
Ideal for enjoying with all courses of a meal, from cold cuts and cheese starters through rich pasta dishes (such as tagliatelle Bolognese) and lighter meat main courses. It is wonderful with grilled meats.
