Vinification and maturation
Short maceration, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. Six months of ageing in steel tanks.
Intense pink color, clear and brilliant. On the nose, a bouquet of rose notes, raspberry and wild strawberry. Fresh on the palate, the finish is long and persistent.
Perfect for fish dishes, as stuffed squids and stewed octopus.
