Terroir

The Grande Cuvee is a combination from different vineyards. This is a pure granitic soil with quartz and manganese.

Vinification

Fermentation takes place in concrete vats of 50 hl or 60 hl in order to refine the plot selection and value each vineyard.The entire system is thermo-regulated. Wine is grown whether in new oak barrels or used ones. Slight filtration and no fining.
