Gamay Noir Côteaux Bourguignons
Ripe red fruits and black fruits aromas, such as raspberry, blackcurrant and blueberry. Slightly roasted and spicy hues and a mouth, both fruity and spicy. The tannins are present, while remaining melted with a beautiful complexity.
Well paired with charcuterie, poultry in sauce, a veal chop with mustard or creamy cheeses, with cow's milk.
