Vinification and maturation
This wine comes from a blend of chardonnay from various vintages, the oldest of which have been preserved in oak barrels. It is vinified according to the traditional method with selected yeasts. After bottling, the wine is kept for eight months so that it can develop, in terms of its aromas, elegance and balance.
A floral nose, delicate and complex, with a slight spicy touch. The palate is rich, voluminous, round and dry, with aromas of fruit and spices. The foam is generous, with fine and delicate bubbles.
Ideal for aperitif, with fish, white meats and mature cheese.
