-
Terroir The Farnito Chardonnay comes from an estate of 2 hectares in the south of Florence, exploited on the hills between the Chianti and the valley of the Arno, at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level.
-
Vinification and maturation Maceration is carried out at low temperature. The fermentation is done in oak barrels. In order to keep the yeasts and the solids in suspension, a constant stirring of the musts is carried out. After four months, the wine is clarified and returns to the same barrels where it will stay four months before being bottled. A refinement in bottles ensues before the wine is distributed.
-
Features Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Fruit and vanilla flavors. The bouquet is harmonious and persistent. On the palate, this wine is dry, silky, fine and pleasant.
-
Food Pairings Ideal for aperitif with fish, seafood and chicken.
