Harvested at maturity, severe sorting, picking, cold maceration, pneumatic pressing, cold settling, fermentation at 16-18 degrees Celsius in temperature-controlled tanks, ageing on fine lees.
Brilliant color with green hues, floral nose, very typical of Viognier, enhanced with a touch of exotic fruit. With a beautiful wraparound drive, the mouth, round and balanced, combines freshness and sweetness.
Ideal with grilled fish and vegetables, it is also delicious on fresh cheeses and fruit salads.
