Vinification and maturation Maturing at different times, the two grape varieties are therefore vinified separately. They will be assembled at the end of the fermentation and placed in small oak barrels for a period of about six months, in order to complete the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations.

Features Garnet color with purple reflections. Fruity aromas, with dominant shades of cherries, vanilla, coffee and spices. A round wine in the mouth, silky and balanced.

Food Pairings Thanks to its fruity side, this wine can accompany antipastis and white meats, but it is at its best with dishes such as roasts, grills, cold cuts or tomato pasta.
