Cuma Organic Torrontés
Deep, poor and rocky soils. Irrigation from the Andes. Both practices, in the vineyards and the winery, have followed strictly controlled certified organic processes. In the vineyards, the fertilizers are waste of sheep, ants are fought with diatom earth and weed control is with machetes.
Vinification and maturation
In the winery the sulfur levels are lower to those of conventional wines. The expression of the wines is empowered, flavors and tastes are more intense, fresher and more natural, where the grape expresses itself in the most genuine way.
Yellow, bright green with pale colors and golden hues. Aromas of rose petals with hints of jasmine combined with citrus notes such as orange peel. The palate is fresh and floral with good acidity. Intense notes of fresh fruit such as white peaches typical of the grape.
