Cuma Organic Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep, poor and rocky soils. Irrigation from the Andes. Both practices, in the vineyards and the winery, have followed strictly controlled certified organic processes. This extreme elevation lends itself perfectly to organic viticulture.
Vinification and maturation
Cuma is produced to be drunk young, therefore little oak is used in the winery; instead the wines are aged at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks in an effort to showcase their natural complexity and deep fruit flavors.
Deep purple red color. Pepper typical from the area dominates the nose with subtle nut notes. Firm entrance full of ripe red berries like cassis. Red peper notes and complexity. Long aftertaste.
Enjoy with steak and lamb or brie and cheddar cheese.
