Cuma Organic Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep, poor and rocky soils. Irrigation from the Andes. Both practices, in the vineyards and the winery, have followed strictly controlled certified organic processes. In the vineyards, the fertilizers are waste of sheep, ants are fought with diatom earth and weed control is with machetes.
Vinification and maturation
In the winery the sulfur levels are lower to those of conventional wines. The expression of the wines is empowered, flavors and tastes are more intense, fresher and more natural, where the grape expresses itself in the most genuine way.
Deep purple red color. Pepper typical from the area dominates the nose with subtle nut notes. Firm entrance full of ripe red berries like cassis. Red peper notes and complexity. Long aftertaste.
Residual Sugar: 3.78 g./l. | Acidity: 5.95 g./l. | PH: 3.61
