    The grapes are harvested at the maturity of Banyuls but there is no mutage, so it remains a dry wine. Aged for 11 months in barrels.

    Deep purple colour. Rich and complex nose, black fruit aromas with hints of spice and pepper. Dense and powerful mouth, with a finish on notes of black olive and licorice root.
