    Location of vineyards: Hills of the Province of Chieti. Soil composition: Exclusive mixture soils with microclimatic conditions varying from the foothills of the Majella mountain, to the sweet hills on to the high side of Adriatic Coast. Calcareous-clayey soil in layers. Altitude: 220-510 m above sea level. Exposure: South-West, West. Cultivation system: Runner system and Abruzzo trellis. Density of plants/ha: Average density 3500. Yield (hectolitres per hectar): 65. Harvesting period: First ten-day period of September.
  • Vinification and maturation
    Vinification: Hand picked, and selected grapes are gently pressed and mashed, the resulting must is fermented purely at a controlled temperature. Ageing: In stainless steel tanks.
  • Features
    Colour: Light yellow with gilded nuances and greenish tones. Bouquet: Fragrant, floral and pleasantly fruity, with hints of garden sage, acacia and exotic fruit. Taste: It presents a acid structure which makes it very fresh, pleasant and juicy. Balanced with mineral and exotic fruit notes with a Balsamic finish.

    It goes well with all maritime cooking, shellfish and raw fish; it goes perfectly with hors d’oeuvres and refined main courses containing white meat.
