  • Terroir
    Château Nénine is located in the commune of Baurech, in the heart of the appellation. The vineyard extends over 12.6 hectares and is exposed due south on hills overlooking the Garonne. This wine comes from a terroir of grave iron ochres and clay-limestone soil on rocky ground. The average age of the vines is 24 years.
  • Vinification and maturation
    The vatting is carried out for three weeks in stainless steel vats, with three pumpings while the temperatures are regulated. The partial rearing continues in oak barrels.
  • Features
    Deep red color. A nose open on the fruit, pure, and well expressed. There is a good extraction. The mouth is fleshy, without hardness. The palace is wooded and elegant. There is a nice fruit in the final.

    Ideal with a square of lamb, filet mignon or a homemade burger with grilled vegetables.
