Vinification and maturation
Sorting of the entire harvest, vinification in stainless steel tanks, aging 12 months for a part in French oak barrels in order to get natural stabilization of the wine.
Finesse and freshness in an intense ruby color, a fine and fresh bouquet which offers notes of red fruits. Nice fine and persistent length.
Red meats, grilled meats, game, chocolate desserts not too sweet.
