Terroir
The Clipea estate is a 100% Tunisian partnership established in 1992, has 120 hectares of vineyards of which 41 hectares of Chardonnay. This Chardonnay is in the area of the AOC Mornag which is bordered by the Mediterranean sea to protect the vineyard of warm southerly winds known as the sirocco and the heat of summer days. -
Vinification and maturation
The grapes are harvested by hand in the morning and protected from the summer heat and undergo a low temperature maceration before being vinified.

Features
The wine features a classic and extremely clear colour with a tendency towards a straw yellow hue. His nose is pure and powerful fruit, lime and hazelnut.

Ideal with outbreaks crawfish, fried fish, scampi skewers, a swordfish with caper sauce, mussels in white wine, green bean salad, or a nice assortment of cheeses.
