    - For the macabeo: from Finca Los Rincones (Requena municipality). Altitude: 731 meters. Soil: Sandy. Average yield: 3 kg/vine. Harvest: First week of September.

    - For the sauvignon blanc: from La Portera (Requena municipality). Altitude: 820 meters. Limestone soils. Average yield: 2 kg/vine. Harvest: First week of September.
  • Vinification and maturation
    The precise harvest day is determined after the grapes are tasted. The harvest is mechanized and occurs at night to preserve the grapes’ aromas. Grape varieties are vinified separately.

    Colour: Pale yellow with greenish borders. Nose: Fresh grape variety aromas dominate with touches of grapefruit, peach and tropical fruits such as pineapple. Palate: Very balanced with smooth acidity.
