Vinification and maturation
The precise harvest day is determined after the grapes are tasted. The harvest is mechanized and occurs at night to preserve the grapes’ aromas. Grape varieties are vinified separately.
Colour: Pale yellow with greenish borders. Nose: Fresh grape variety aromas dominate with touches of grapefruit, peach and tropical fruits such as pineapple. Palate: Very balanced with smooth acidity.
This fresh wine with floral notes is ideal paired with light dishes such as salad, fresh fish, sushi, ceviche and seafood.
