Domaine des Terres Dorées is located south of Beaujolais, in an area called "Pays des Pierres Dorées", due to the presence of limestone in the region. The relief is hilly and its soil consists of clay-limestone sediments, colored yellow-ocher and friable.Jean-Paul Brun is now the owner of 39 hectares.
Manual harvest. Winemaking: fermentation at low temperature, stirring. Aging in stainless steel wine. The bottling is done in the spring.
The color is yellow, bright and clear. Aromas of fresh apple, lemon, pineapple and melon. Unctuous mouth, with tasty mineral nuances and a nice salinity.
Drink as an aperitif, with river fish and cheese.
