Beaujolais Blanc Cuvée Classique

Terroir

Domaine des Terres Dorées is located south of Beaujolais, in an area called "Pays des Pierres Dorées", due to the presence of limestone in the region. Vinification

Manual harvest. Winemaking: fermentation at low temperature, stirring. Aging in stainless steel wine. The bottling is done in the spring.

Features

The color is yellow, bright and clear. Aromas of fresh apple, lemon, pineapple and melon. Unctuous mouth, with tasty mineral nuances and a nice salinity.

Food Pairings

Drink as an aperitif, with river fish and cheese.
