Vinification and maturation
Fermentation in cylindrical stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature for 12 to 14 days. Refining for six months in barrels of 30 hl. from Slavonia and three months in bottle.
Intense red color with garnet hues. Annata is a dry and full-bodied wine. It has an intense bouquet with spicy notes and red fruits. The mouth opens on pleasant balsamic notes where the tannins are elegantly integrated.
The ideal pairing with grilled meats and game. Annata is also a good match for seasoned cheeses and truffle dishes.
Cellaring potential : 5 to 7 years.
