Vinification and maturation
Long maceration with controlled temperature between 21-27 °C. 12 months in 80 % American and 20 % French oak barrels (new & used) and 24 months in bottle prior to release.
This wine is a dark and inky red with an intense nose. Smokey notes frame a core of plum and cherry with accents of tobacco, minerals, and earth. Maturing gracefully, this wine has well integrated tannins and ample acidity that give way to a spicy finish.
