The wine identity of the house is lead by a « méthode traditionnelle » including AOP Crémant de Loire and Saumur Brut. Always at the helm since 1932, the Monmousseau family regained in 2015 the full ownership of the house, giving a consistency in the wine making & blending. Freshness, floral aromas and minerality (majority of Chenin Blanc), give a unique wine style at the house. 40% of Bouvet Ladubay cuvées are “Millésimé”.
