Lady Blanc

Terroir

The vineyards are planted in the alluvial soil of the San Juan and Mendoza provinces.

Vinification

Grapes are hand harvested and pressed directly after destemming. Fermentation is done at a temperature of 15°C in stainless steel tanks. Then, the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled.

Features

This green-yellow colored wine offers fresh aromas of white fruits, like white peaches and tasty pineapples. On the mouth, surprises with its good acidity and flavors that are ideal to amuse the palate.

Food Pairings

Ideal with white meat, pasta or on its own as an aperitif.
